Place brand-new items in a “ Brand New ” bag * and pre-loved items in a “ Pre-Love ” bag *. ( never mix the two category together ) Clearly label your bag or box with your name.3. Pack & Send Your Clothes
Neatly pack your items so they stay in excellent condition during transit. Drop off or deliver your items to us ( delivery cost will by your own expense ).4. We Handle Everything

What We Accept
Pre-loved clothes in good condition , no stains , holes , rusty zips , missing embellishments , or other major damage.
Male / Female clothings.
Sizes XS to XL.
Local and international brands , including blogshop items.
What We Don’t Accept
Heavily worn , outdated , or damaged clothes.
Used undergarments , swimwear, lingerie , sleepwear, bras , shoes
Religious or traditional clothings
Dirty, dusty , or pet-fur-covered items.
Preparing Your Clothes
Wash and clean all items before sending.
Pack clothes carefully to protect their condition during transit.
Use a “Pre-Love” bag for pre-loved items don’t mix with brand-new items.
Brand-new items must be packed in a separate bag with label writing .
Label your bag or box clearly with your name.
Quality Check & Pricing
All items go through a quality check.
Items that do not meet our standards will be rejected.
Pricing is based on brand , condition , and style our team ensures fair pricing for both seller and buyer.
Slightly worn items may have price adjustments items , items in poor condition will not be sold :(
Commission & Payment
You earn 40% of selling price for each item sold.
Payments are transferred via PayNow / PayLah every week monday for your sold items.
Unsold Items
You may choose to collect unsold items or let us donate them to charity.
We will notify you when your items are ready for collection.

We cannot guarantee that every item will sell , but we will always ensure fair pricing for both seller and buyer based on the condition and style of each pre-loved piece !

What items are accepted?
We accept brand-new and pre-loved clothing in good condition.
Clothes must be clean , free from stains , odour , or heavy wear.
What items are NOT accepted?
Damaged or stained clothing
Strong-smelling items
Inner-wear / Undergarments
Extremely worn-out pieces
Pets clothes / Child clothes
Why does wearvolutions take commission ?
Our commission covers the full selling process from marketing and product listings to handling buyers , packaging , shipping and customer service.
It allows us to manage everything professionally so you can earn effortlessly.
Is there an admin fee ?
Currently no admin fee is charged.
Our goal is to keep the process simple and accessible for everyone.
All we ask is that you perform proper self-quality checks before sending your items to ensure only sellable pieces are submitted.

Our drop-off point is at 10 Admiralty Street #05-11 ( 757695 )
Please text us on whatsapp 1 day in advance before dropping off.
How do I sign up ?
How will my items be sold ?
All pre-loved pieces will be listed and sold through our wearvolutions website.
Brand-new items ( if any ) will be redirected to heartfeltshutters live / wesite.
Do you accept bags / shoes / accessories ?
We accept pre-loved bags , brand-new items are only accepted for shoes and accessories.
What is brand-new items ?
Items that are in their original condition with tags / packaging
What about brand-new without tags ?
Clothes that have been washed but not worn are still considered preloved.
if you have such items, please indicate it so we can label them accurately on our website.
You may choose to :
Note it down in your own clothing checklist or
Paste a sticker / label on the item to inform us of its condition.
This ensures we present your items correctly and helps increase the chances of a successful sale.
What happens to unsold items ?
You may choose to collect your unsold items within the stated collection period or opt for donation.
Items not collected by the deadline will be donated.
Why do you require self-quality checks ?
This ensures the items you send are sellable and helps us process slots efficiently.
Clean , good-condition items also sell faster and allow you to earn more.
How long is the consignment period ?

Items will be listed for 14 days. After that , you may choose to :
Collect the unsold items within 1 week , or
Opt to donate them
* If items are not collected within 1 week , they will be automatically marked as donated. *
What happens to items that fail our checks ?
Items that are stained , torn , heavily worn , or do not meet our quality standards will be :
Set aside for you to collect , or
Donated , based on the option you selected.
This ensures only sellable pieces are listed on our platform.
